E FOOTBALL 22 REFUND REQUEST

I have paid for e football 22 thinking I was getting the full game with master league, etc. I played the game realized it was a complete buggy mess and deleted it therefore not using any of the chance deals or **** that I paid my money for, the game is FREE, I have had 2 refund requests refused on the grounds that the digital product was used/consumed, I played the intro match with Argentina vs Portugal which I ended early and then 1 match online against another player which you can do in the FREE version of the game, considering the state of the game and the fact Konami have publicly apologized for the state of the game surely I have grounds for a refund? It seems I'm getting the decision from on automated reply and not a real person and trying to get through to talk to a real person is impossible, the call back feature doesn't seem to work and there is no contact number supplied on the contact us page, what can I do? Hello Lon3wolf818832, currently all refund requests are made by Web Form, because Xbox Support no longer makes refund requests, as already had requests denied try to make gold order after 72 hours.

Konami announced today that they will be doing Automatic refunds due to a huge delay in updating eFootball 22 game - without this update, what is purchased actually cannot be used, therefore they announced automatic refunds.

I tried to speed this up and I requested a refund but it got automatically rejected because I requested this more than 14 days after the purchase.

Will this happen automatically indeed or what am I supposed to do now that my refund is rejected?

Do I take it the Chance Deals etc were part of the Pre-Order Bundle? The problem you have is that the extras would have been applied to your game...whether you use them or not, the system considers them as redeemed:

"For single-use items (like consumables or in-game currency), your request may be eligible only if the item wasn’t modified or used."

Have you tried replying to the refund email and adding extra detail like the fact that the game is unplayable etc?

Yes the chance deals are part of the pre order bundle, I did mention to them that the game is broken but they don't seem to be bothered, oh well I think i'm going to have to accept it as it is and hope they fix the game and the other game modes get added for free later on, i'm just disappointed to have experienced poor customer service having switched over from playstation not so long ago.
