E:68 error on xbox 360

my hard drive has the e68 error that pops up on the screen everytime I boot up my xbox with a solid red light on it. I was wondering if there is a way to fix this problem or how I will move my data from the corrupted hard drive onto a new one, thanks.

Console restarting randomly

This morning a minute after I turned my origanal white Xbox 360 on the console randomly restarted then got E 68 and one red ring. I unpluged some cables and it brought me straight to E 68. After a few more tries it worked but then restarted to E 68. Any
suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. Remember, my console is the original white one, the Xbox 360 Pro. Thanks!

 

Xbox Hard Drive Issue

I recently bought an Xbox 360 S genuine microsoft drvie from ebay but it wont work on my Xbox 360E console i get error code E 68 and no red blinking lights just a solid red light in center of power button. Any advice?

Try removing your Hard Drive. If it boots up without it, then your drive is pretty much garbage. If your console still doesn't boot, then try your Hard Drive in another console.

 

How do I move the data off my hard drive if it's corrupted and it's a slim version
