    Ok played the game constantly over a Year

    So far into all the quests and challenges i cant reset as that's a night mare

    Christmas day it says

    E:47-0 (invalid profile)

    Got a friend to try on there computer with my account with the same problem still although theirs works ok so its not my computer or x box app

    owing 99.7 of all the cars and buying all the add on's possible you can understand how annoying this is

    Awaiting reply from sending a report but its the holidays so i will miss out on cars that you will only see once - also annoying

    Any ideas what cause this - I'm guessing its from their end but have no idea

    reinstalling the game wont help...

    running on windows 10 and brought a new computer for this game too....

    same problem here mate

    I was playing smoothly friday

    I logged in on saturday to find the same issue on my PC

    followed all instructions:

    saves deletion

    game reset

    fresh installation twice

    still the same error

    am trying to find any mean to recover it back but I can't
