Dying Light Ultimate Edition

So I went to pre-order Dying Light to get the 'Be the Zombie' mode. On Xbox Live I could only get this if I got the Ultimate edition. I did not want to pre-purchase DLC for a game I have never played. Now the 'Be the Zombie' mode is free and I'm stuck
with potential DLC that I don't want. I'm buying a digital copy not letting a potential used game back on the market and this is how I'm treated? I think the game is going to be great but at the same time I have a sour taste in my mouth for what seems to
be Xbox Live taking advantage of people.

Secret Agent and Ninja DLC outfits didn't download

i pre ordered dying light ultimate edition but when it got released i check xbox store it shows me i still have to buy ultimate edition and that i have dying light the normal edition bought and installed , i checked the payment billing from my email and
told me i bought the ultimate edition. And i still didnt get the add ons, but i got the season pass

I got the ultimate edition of dying light and the only dlc i get is the be the zombie, all the others say bundle only, whats with that i thought thats what the ultimate edition was

 

Not sure why you could only purchase the ultimate edition. But seeing as the Be the Zombie mode is available with the standard edition, i would say contact MS support to see if you can get a refund to exchange for the standard edition. If you used a credit
card, they may refund it back on to the card, in which case you might have to wait a few days for the money to go back into your account. Thats IF they allow the refund though. Sorry this happened to you. Hope you get it worked out.

 

I bought the ultimate edition, but I'm wondering why I only got the trouble maker outfit, season pass, and be the zombie. I don't understand why I didn't get all the other outfits & weapons. XBL charged my 79.99 + tax for it, so where's the rest of my "bundle"?????

 

I bought the Ultimate Edition and didn't receive any of the costumes or weapon bluprints. I am 11% into the game. Past the prologue.

 

I have the same issue (I purchased the Ultimate Edition) that Texas Gund Hand and Black Knife 360 are having. I contacted Microsoft today and they said the only thing they can do right now is refund the game and have you re-download it when the issue is
fixed.

Same problem here. Preorder Ultimate Edition but only troublemaker outfit, Be the zombie and empty season pass. Also need to pay for this edition again. Not first time with preordered game like that.

I spoke to ms support on saturday they asked me to wait for 48 hours so the publisher can try and fix this, apparently its a problem at there end. 1500hrs today then well see.

 

I also purchased the Ultimate Edition and didn't get any of the weapons or skins.

 

guys if you do you research the content will not be available until February....

I never received my email from support so i have contacted them again, Ive now been told to contact the developers myself, I think people are missing the point, xbox live is not even registering that we have purchased the ultimate edition. Microsoft need
to sort this asap.

 

I also Preorder it and well i am a bit freaked about not seeing my Season pass and if i check the store it asks if i want to buy the UE again but i am guessing its due to the exclusive content i checked with support they just gave me the Troubleshot speech
and the wait 24-48 hours thing gonna lol if Techland poked them
