Dying Light Ultimate Edition not showing as purchased.

The Xbox Store on the Xbox One is showing that I haven't purchased the "Dying Light Ultimate Edition". The thing is... I have and it shows that I have on
Sign in to your Microsoft account .

I also have the same issue with the "Sunset Overdrive Deluxe Edition". As a result I'm not getting all of the content that I'm supposed to receive.

Dying light season pass not downloading??

I purchased dying light the ultimate edition on the dashboard and it won't let me download the outfit add ins and the weapon add ons can any one help? I should get them as spent £65.

 

Secret Agent and Ninja DLC outfits didn't download

i pre ordered dying light ultimate edition but when it got released i check xbox store it shows me i still have to buy ultimate edition and that i have dying light the normal edition bought and installed , i checked the payment billing from my email and
told me i bought the ultimate edition. And i still didnt get the add ons, but i got the season pass

 

I'm not sure what the issue is with Sunset Overdrive, but the Dying Light season pass hasn't activated yet. Thats why you haven't gotten your weapons and outfits. Supposedly, the season pass will be available sometime this month. I hope this helped somewhat.

Yeah, but the real issue is that the xbox live marketplace does not even acknowledge that many (or possibly all) of us even purchased the game at all. I paid $129.45 for the ultimate edition and downloaded the game an entire week before it came out but when
I go to the store page, on the website and on the console, it prompt me to buy it again.

The only thing that it seems to know that i actually own is the season pass, and that's not even available for download.

The purchase is confirmed as completed on the 20th of January according to the commerce.microsoft.com page.

 

Exactly as "shadow walkerOZ" stated. I understand that the season pass content isn't available yet, but why am/are I/we being asked to buy the very editions that I/we already paid for?

The same applies to the "Sunset Overdrive Deluxe Edition".

 

You paid $129.45 for the ultimate edition??? i'm guessing you don't live in the states

 

Nope, Australia. $100 is the base price for retail games, and they don't cost one cent less as a digital copy.

That page says $126.45 now, but on commerce.microsoft.com it says I paid $129.95 when I bought it.

 

Wow...just out of curiosity, how much are the consoles?

 

I was actually charged an extra 5$ for Dying Light. So I ended up paying $84.99 were as the price is shown as $79.99. You have to love the taxes added on after they changed from MSP to a cash based pricing system.

 

At launch, the Xbox One was $600 and the PS4 was $550.

They both tend to still cost about that much, depending on where you buy them, just with some games included now.

Also, the PS3 was $1000 when it launched here originally.
