Dying Light Ultimate Edition no DLC

Hi, I preordered/bought the Ultimate Edition Bundle of Dying Light, but it is showing that I bought the game and season pass seperately. When I go to the Ultimate Bundle, it shows that I have to purchase it which confuses me. So I basically paid $80 for
the bundle, can't download the dlc and it doesn't even recognize that I paid for said game. Has anyone else had this problem, or knows of a way to fix this. Thanks

Plague of Frogs, Devils worship pack, and dying light ninja dlc not installing

I got the ultimate edition of dying light and the only dlc i get is the be the zombie, all the others say bundle only, whats with that i thought thats what the ultimate edition was

 

Bundle DLC Problems

So I bought both the Far Cry 4 Gold Edition bundle and Dying Light Ultimate Edition bundle and can not download the bundle only DLC that come along with both bundles.

How do I fix this?

 

I have but I got the game nothing else

 

im having the same problem now i just got it for 80 and when i try to download the dlc it says bundle only when i click that it says found nothing. and when i try to manage it dosnt recognize the season pass and i cant even try and uninstall the season pass

 

I think they will fix it atleast when the discs are out everywhere they should update it or Microsoft will fix It they should

I'm having the same issue. Season Pass and Ultimate Edition says MANAGE and leads to nowhere.

 

Same issues here, support told me the devs and microsoft have an look at it. But the support was not able to tell me when it will get fixed. Feels i bought only the half game for more money xD

 

how can i get my dlc and my season pass for buying the ultimate edition? all the dlc outfits/weapons says budle only and the season pass says manage i haven't installed any of it except for the game but i know i bought the dying light ultimate edition?

 

Yep, having the same issue here. Bought Ultimate Edition and was only given the base game and Be The Zombie. I do hope this issue will be fixed soon. I don't want to feel like I've been ripped off $20 for a broken 'edition'

 

Having the same issue as Senshi Zero above. Bought the Ultimate Edition and only got base game with Be The Zombie. The Season Pass says manage but takes me to a black screen so I cannot uninstall it or install it. This effectively locks the DLC from being
installed.

 

Paid 20 extra bucks for costumes and season pass download. Got base game and the ability to purchase a season pass seperatly turned off. What a deal.
