Dying light season pass not downloading??

So I get that we have to wait till there's some actual DLC before we can download the season pass. It's weird.... but whatever.

What I don't get is; why won't the Xbox Marketplace even acknowledge that I purchased the game at all? According to the marketplace (Both here on the website, and on the console), I don't own the game and I need to buy it again. I paid $126.45 for the Ultimate
Edition, which is verified on commerce.microsoft.com as being completed on 20/01/2015, but the store says otherwise.

I'm beginning to think that this game is not worth all the headaches, and getting a refund instead.

 

so now that most of us are almost or done with the campaign, the dlc weapons are pretty much useless now because their starter weapons im assuming. im not upset about the dlc, its the no hesitation in taking money and now day 6...

 

I have been on the techland forums and apparently the first of the dlc will hit us on the 10th of feb . I don't know what this dlc will be but still whether this was bad advertising or a technical issue the situation has been handled poorly with no real
help from Xbox or techland teams. We are the customers that keep these companies alive and deserve better than what we have recieved.

 

If the Dying light DLC truly comes out on the 10th or when ever it does, and my season pass does not kick in so I can download it, then I expect a FULL REFUND ASAP! I refuse to put more money into this game and accessories!

 

I purchased the Dying Light Ultimate Edition under the assumption that I would have access to the DLC that is clearly being displayed as coming soon which is ok because I dont mind waiting. but there is one DLC that was released January 27th and yet it
still says "Bundle Only" where it should say Install. it's the Lacerator weapon pack. I don't understand why I cant get it. I paid 80$ for this game and I am very agitated that I cannot get it. Also nobody seems to be fixing this problem. I contacted
Live support to try to resolve this issue and the agent told me to uninstall the game and re-install it to Sync the data to the bundle or whatever. I did exactly what I was told to do and it did not fix the problem.

No one is bringing up the crucial point that even though we have bought the ULTIMATE EDITION it says when you go on the ultimate edition to buy it instead of manage!!! Not having the outfits and weapons is one thing which I think is disgusting that we can't
access these from the get go. But it's like they have swapped the games over so instead we have bought the normal edition with the season pass and not the ultimate edition.

When I go to the dying light game by itself in the game stores it says manage.

When I go to dying light on my games section it shows up with the season pass which when i go on manage nothing comes up. BUT WHEN I GO ON ULTIMATE EDITION ON THE GAMES STORE IT SAYS BUY NOW WITH THE PRICE. THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING.

Mine isn't doing that. The normal Dying Light version shows up as buy. The Ultimate Edition shows up as manage for me. I bought the Ultimate Edition. I just think that somebody somewhere F!@#ed up royally because they wanted to go home early to their
family instead of doing their job like they were supposed to and they missed some coding or put the wrong coding in. But I agree with you. I feel like I should have been able to access the weapons and outfits from the start. And now I'm finished the ***
game. Whats the point now? Unless the DLC will contain story extensions?

 

Well all i know is if the season pass isn't downloadable by 2/10/2015 tommarow i will be calling up for a full refund and maby more because this is just poor customer service. Majority of the people who bought the season pass are well enough into the game
that those items arn't going to do anything....

 

So it is the 10th an all im able to dl'd is the cusine an cargo dlc but none of the other available stuff that should of been downloadable since day one of release. I will be calling you all in the morning.

 

This is an absolute disgrace!! Just like sPiTTah said.. I can download the cusine and cargo dlc BUT STILL CAN'T DOWNLOAD NONE OF THE OUTFITS OR DLC SHOWN ON THE STORE!!!

 

Great after writing several times to the support the have now started ignoring me! Well then stuff your stupid game up your ........ I won't my mine money back!! Is this a joke or something?! Sick and tired of this!! Only getting games that need day one
patches, only having trouble this is not fair to the players.

Just got off support and they have told me to contact the developers "Techland" so I have submitted a ticket and just got to wait. I know what will happen though seen people do this. I'll just be sent back to Xbox support. Just a back and forth process.
This is such a joke right now.

"The Season Pass is released step by step, the weapons and skins will be released later. The information in the stores was not clear enough and we would like to apologize. XBOX made an update where the release date was changed from a "date" to "coming soon".

I feel for the people who did not get their outfits and weapons...so you will hate me when I say that I some how have had them since day one as I bought the disc and then loaded the codes and it worked?

Also be the zombie worked too. So the response from Techland seems like a bunch of bull on their side!

Why work for some people and not others?

The only thing we are having an issue with is the season pass and today I will be checking it to see if the new DLC will be available to download.
