Dying light season pass not downloading??

Same problem really annoying to find out u bought something only to see it not download and realizing that u just gave away ur money for a black screen

Dying Light Ultimate Edition not showing as purchased.

I'm not sure what the issue is with Sunset Overdrive, but the Dying Light season pass hasn't activated yet. Thats why you haven't gotten your weapons and outfits. Supposedly, the season pass will be available sometime this month. I hope this helped somewhat.

Dying Light Season Pass Problem

So I recently bought Dying light ultimate edition. After downloading the game and playing it for some time I realized that I still didn't have any dlc from the season pass unlocked. So i went back to the my games and apps section in hope of finding it, so
I could download/ re-download it. But when i was under the manage game section no season pass was there. So i went to the store and looked up Dying Light Ultimate edition. I then clicked on the season pass which had the manage option available. I proceeded
to select this and it forwards me to my games and apps then pops a blank black screen with the words manage dying light season pass. There was no other options on this page. I have tried re-installing the game but it does not change the problem. Just wondering
if there is any fix to get my season pass and the rest of my dlc. Thanks

 

So nobody has the season pass then? Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work I'm assuming?

I was able to get an update. After reaching out to the teams investigating this, we have determined that the Dying Light Season Pass will not be available to download to your console until there is content released for it. What this means
is: Once the content becomes available, the Season Pass will be available for download. You don't (and won't) need to purchase it a second time, so no worries there! Thanks everyone for your patience while we took a look into things and I'm sorry to hear
about any confusion this may have caused!

 

So your telling me it took 4 days to say that it isnt available to download because there is no content released yet, but yet there is plenty of dlc on the xbox store only downloadable through the season pass..... I would like a full refund back after all
this non sense.

 

Excuse me Mister Quimby. What about those of us who bought the Ultimate Edition and have received absolutely no extra DLC Items, such as the 'Lacerator' weapon and 'Troublemaker' outfit. Both of which are definitely released (at least according to other
consumers and the release date on the Xbox Store)

Please help get the issue truly resolved.

I find it odd that some of the players were able to find a work-around, somehow reinstalling it thus allowing them to download the outfits & weapons. I am interested in trying the weapons even if they were intended on giving you something useful at the early
stages til u rank up. IMHO, i just really like the suit & want to look like a total badahh you get the picture.

 

Same here I have buyed Dying Light Ultimate Edition on PRE ORDER, but didn't receive any DLC or new content that was suppose to come and didn't receive my season pass as well.

 

I buy as a pre-order but didn't download it until Friday, because I was ending other game, when I to start the download the Troublemaker outfit disappear , not any DLC downloaded, no season pass and it download 2 sizes of the same game one with 21.9 giga
and other with 19 giga and be the zombie. I Should keep the 2 sizes of the same game?? dying light is using almost 40 giga of my xbox HDD. Please help?

 

I also downloaded the ultimate edition so I would get the season pass and extra gear! I presume that the gear will be available when the hard copy is released so what was the point in paying extra for this as I would have completed the game by then and wasted
my money. This is very disappointing and i strongly believe everyone who bought it should be compensated as we bought the game under false pretence. Has anyone aired there view to techland or does anyone know how I would go about doing this. Love from a very
unhappy customer.

 

the dlc is out but the pass doesn't cover it. i want my money back.
