Dying Light refusing to redownload/install

Hi,

Can anyone help with this.

Dying Light is refusing to redownload/install on XBox One.

Bought it ages ago and always worked fine. Hid it from list some time ago and now cannot reinstall it no matter how many times I try.

I get the 'downloading...' message for maybe 1 minute, followed by the 'installation stopped' message. It then gives me an error code 0x8007045D and a search doesn't resolve the issue. The xBox has over 150Gb free space.

On 2 ocassions the xbox has actually frozen completely, when trying to reinstall the game, then presented problems on rebooting, eg. 10min boot up times, even not booting at all and only loading the troubleshooting page.

Many games have downloaded before this problem and others have been downloaded after without any difficulty, this being the only game to ever produce a problem of any kind, and only after hiding it from list.

Clearly, I'm not keen on trying to install it yet again, but does anyone know where I might get help on this, as it is annoying?

Redownload Games

I literally cannot redownload dying light its just putting up the price for its enhanced version.. Why?

Trying to install dying light

can any one help I'm re installing dying light it's taken over an hour and only 43% done I tryed to play infinite warfare while waiting for dying light to down load iw will not load I keep getting error ox8027025a I got to help it comes up help is taking
to long to work and get the same error anyone know what the **** is going on please I'm strongly thinking of getting rid of Xbox one and get a PS4 as they have less issues

Try doing a hard reset by holding the power button on the front of the console until it turns off then unplug the power brick from the console and the outlet for a couple of minutes. While your waiting press the power button a few time to make sure all the
power is drained from the console and then plug back in after 2 minutes then power back on and try the game again.

Solution 2: got to setting, system, console and updates and select reset console and choose to keep everything. Your console will restart taking you through a quick set and you'll sign in again. When your back on the home screen try the game again.

Ok nvm the dying light dlc. It actually was on the store and I redownloaded it. There is still the issue with saints row though.

Sorry to hear about the disc issues. We're not able to replace a disc here, however you can attempt to clean this disc with
these steps. If they don't work though you'll likely need to replace the disc or purchase a digital copy from the Xbox Store.

If the Dying light DLC truly comes out on the 10th or when ever it does, and my season pass does not kick in so I can download it, then I expect a FULL REFUND ASAP! I refuse to put more money into this game and accessories!
