Dying light not install and not run

Hello Xbox support I have a copy of Dying light and the game doesn't work anymore and he gets some white edges I've been searching, and I think it is mold it's been 8 months I have and in the first 2 months it worked but I had some mildew now not work anymore
is there a solution? and if you don't have the game you exchange for a new one?

^^ Really? Have you seen what happens at night for Dying Light? DR3 tells you in game that it's a lot more dangerous when night falls but it's not that big of a difference. When I saw nighttime in a Dying Light demo, it definitely seems to change and gives
the feeling of "you better F'n run".

dying light will not load.

It installed all the way and when i go to play it it shows the logo but then backs back into the start menu. Help! have tried everything from a cold restart to plugging it into the wall.

Sorry to hear about the disc issues. We're not able to replace a disc here, however you can attempt to clean this disc with
these steps. If they don't work though you'll likely need to replace the disc or purchase a digital copy from the Xbox Store.

Same problem here with Dying Light. My account shows that I have bought the game (payment history), Store doesn't.

BUT, allowed me to download again (???) and now the game doesn't run, stopped the installation at 100%

What a mess....

Yes, I was there in March and brought back Battlefield Hardline and Dying Light. The DLC codes which came with the games installed with no bother.
