Dying Light Mistake.

It just noticed while playing this game tonight. I feel off a roof and a message came up the said:

"YOU health is low."

I found this to be quite funny. The last time I've seen a grammar mistake in a video games was back in the 80's.

Did you purchase Dying Light: The Following (which is just an expansion for Dying Light) or did you actually purchase Dying Light: The Following - Enhanced Edition (which is Dying Light and the Expansion)? It kinda sounds like you have just purchased the
expansion and would still need to purchase the main game.

To be honest I have seen plenty of these types of things in may more recent games. So not just since the 80's or even 90's for me. And they should have caught this with all the testing that should and usually does go into these games. It is one thing
to make a typing error in a post or even at first but for it to carry for as long as this probably did is funny.

I see grammar mistakes in video games all of the time; even as recent as Mortal Kombat, Injustice, and Sunset Overdrive (as well as numerous others). It's just another example of lazy devs who don't seem to care.

 

How much does aRagingCanadian get paid though to proof read posts on the forum.

His mistakes are acceptable. It's hard to accept errors from those employed to check for them.

I mean, the next thing you know Microsoft will be asking us to join the converation.

@Vaynel - I get paid $145,000,000,000.00 for each correct word and an additional $24,000,000,000.00 if I fix more then seven grammar mistakes.

@kingvas78 - I see nothing wrong with your sentence.. expect you put one extra period at the end.

 

I wish I was paid to fix a company's grammar mistakes.

Dude, they're Polish, it's bound to happen. Same with other non English speaking countries. I don't mind bad grammar or spelling because I still know what they mean. I carry on having fun with the game. I'm the furthest thing from a grammar/spelling need-to-get-a-life-loser.
Not saying you are Raging Canadian, but we all know they are out there.

Small minor mistakes like this happen sometimes. It could be worse. It could be like Assassins Creed and just be a broken mess. Or it could be complete garbage that took patch after patch and it still isn't fixed like BF4. Look how those games released.
I would beg for a few grammar mistakes than well...the junk they sold us.

GG, it has nothing to do with being a lazy developer. Insomniac is anything but lazy.
