Dying light game freezing and buzzing sound

Hi I was wondering if anyone can help as I don’t know much about computers, I have just purchased my son dying light for his birthday. Put the game in and within minutes it crashes making a weird buzzing sound and jumps back onto home page. Does anyone know
if it’s a faulty game or the actual console, can I resolve this issue if so what do I need to do. I’ve cleared the persistent storage from the Blu-ray option as mentioned on a previous thread. This is the first time it’s happened and does not do this with
any other game he has. Thanks for reading

Did you purchase Dying Light: The Following (which is just an expansion for Dying Light) or did you actually purchase Dying Light: The Following - Enhanced Edition (which is Dying Light and the Expansion)? It kinda sounds like you have just purchased the
expansion and would still need to purchase the main game.

 

Brand new Xbox One froze twice while playing a game, help?

This is normal along with the buzzing noise do not be concerned about it damaging your Xbox at all. Certain games are more prone to freeze then others. I've experienced freezing and the buzzing noise that sounds horrendous hundreds of times and no damage
has been caused to my system or anything hooked up for it. Continue to game on with no concern.
