Dying Light - Error 0x87e00064

Yesterday I purchased a hard copy of Dying Light, but it stops at 50% during installation. Currently I've uninstalled and went offline to stop it from updating during installation but I'm still hitting that same error. I can install and uninstall apps and
other video games but this is the only game I've encountered the problem with.

Please try to follow the steps in this support article:
support.xbox.com/.../game-installation-process-stops and let us know how that goes. If those steps don't help out, you may want to get another disc since other games will install fine.

Esse erro só acontece no jogo dying light comigo,os outros jogos todos funcionam o modo online normalmente.

Thanks for letting us know about the situation you're experiencing. I can understand how not being able to join your friends game could dampen the fun. If the is the only game that this is happening in, you might want to try the steps outlined our

Xbox One Game Freeze Solution as some primary troubleshooting. I'd also try a

power cycle of the console if you haven't already.

When you get a chance, give those steps a try and let us know if that helped.
