Dying Light (Digital) is region locked?

I bought this game and I was playing normally until last week, but yesterday I got error 0x87de07d1 saying to buy the game or insert disc...

I tried to clean cache and not work, so I uninstalled but when I go to apps/games history, it doesnt show the game to install again and the store shows that I have to buy the game again!!

The game was bought from Spain Xbox Store and now I am in USA

87DE07D1 may mean one of the following:

The game was purchased and downloaded, but you aren’t signed in and connected to Xbox Live.

The game was purchased and downloaded by another family member, and that person is not signed in to the console.

We recommend having your account region set up to match the region where you're physically located in. This could be also causing this error code to pop up since you've purchased the game on the Spain Marketplace and now you're located in the United States.

What I would suggest is to make sure your
billing profile is up-to-date on
commerce.microsoft.com. If doing this doesn't make a difference to what you're experiencing, I would suggest giving our phone support team a call by navigating to our
Contact Us page. Thanks!

Have you tried changing your location back to Spain and see if it shows up,. You need to talk to support on what to do with your settings, what changes you need to do now you are in the US.

I suspect that "Dying Light"'s digital first foray cost the publishers. I don't think they'll be in a rush to repeat that.
