Dying light completely deleted

I remember a while back getting dying light when it was either on sale or free to play with all the dlc at the time. I deleted it to make room for other games. My friend told me recently to reinstall it cuz there was some new dlc. But I did not see it in
my ready to install, and apparently in the store it says I have to pay for it again. Idk what happened but I know for sure I had it.

Techland has revealed that Dying Light is to get a new Hard Mode
for free.

Unity won't load. Please help!

Do a hard-reset. Hold the power button until the console shuts off completely, should take about 10 seconds. Wait 10 seconds more, then reboot it. Should work for you.

If it doesnt, delete Unity and re-download it. That should work too.

If not, then I dont know. I had the same issue with Dying Light, and while a hard reset didnt work, a re-download did.

When did you originally purchase the game? Can you find the original transaction for Dying Light in your
Microsoft Account order history, and reply with a screenshot of how the transaction is showing for you there?

 

If your game was on free to play at the time you bought it, it was only free for that period of time and would explain why you are unable to install it again, however if you did purchase it through a sale, make sure you are definitely trying to install it
from the account it was originally purchased on and install it that way; otherwise as Mister Quasar suggested below, check his link and take a copy of the purchase from there and the Microsoft team will be able to help you.
