Dying Light Back From The Dead

So the boards have been absolutely flooded with people not posting about "Dying Light".

The disc version hits stores this week.

Anyone picking it up?

Any one who paid twice as much to get it on digital release still playing?

Dying Light is that the game from the team responsible for Dead Island? If so its a pass for me.

 

Next year is the year of the zombies

Dead Island 2, Dying Light, H1Z1 and Survive the Nights.

 

Hmmm..this is with the free DLC right?

Might be tempted..

 

Yeah had this on pre-order for ages, will be getting this delivered on friday (i hope)

 

If your a fan of the Dead Island series this is a must buy in my opinion. One of my favourite new gen games to date.

Just a warning ...

I'm not sure if the problem was fixed, the game has had a few updates but just in case it wasn't, don't quit out of the game straight after sleeping in a safe zone! There were reports from some gamers that this caused them to lose character progression etc.
Best thing to do to get it to auto save after sleeping was just head off to another safe zone on the map, you will see the save icon flash in bottom right of screen, then quit out.

I never encountered this problem but knew 2 people that it happened to myself.

As I said, maybe it has been fixed already but better safe than sorry.

They are throwing us a lot of DLC with the disc version and I think there are extras in there because of the delay.

Should be good.

I had it on pre-order and thought it had been cancelled so it was a nice surprise when they said it was coming.
