    I have been trying to play dying light 2 and it keeps saying i have to own it even though i bought it and even have data on it. i can also see it in order history. i tried to uninstall it and reinstall it but after i uninstalled it it just disappeared

    If you purchased the game and it is showing on your purchase history, this is probably just a sync issue. Try to power reset the console:

    1​​. Turn off your console and your router/modem.

    2. Unplug all the cables from both devices (power, HDMI, etc..) and wait 2 minutes.

    3. After 2 minutes, plug all the cables in again on your router/modem and wait for all the lights to show up.

    ​​​4. Plug all the cables on your console and turn it on.

    Then, try to install the game from your library:

    Press the Xbox button > My games & apps > See all > Full library > All owned games.

    See if the game is listed there and install it from there. If you have any question, please let me know.
