Hi Fikusekk, What version of the app are you using? Try using the Xbox App (Beta) which is running the latest version: 15.15.11005.00000. See if your able to reproduce the issue and if the issue continues please use the "Report a problem" in the beta app.
This will help us out by sending helpful data to the developers for investigation.

i did all of these and still didnt work sadly

Its been like this for a couple days. And its still now working and the services are all up apart from bo2
