Discus and support Dvr issues (no save option for clips) any solutions? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Can't save any game dvr and can't view them on smartglass either.     Can't save any game dvr and can't view them on smartglass either. I got 20+ clips and can't save any of them. My clips show gamertag/gamertag instead of gamertag/author any solutions?

    Game dvr problems

    I can record dvr clips but can't save them. There is no option only edit, play this game, delete. Save option is gone. Tryed restoring to default and used offline diagnostic tool but did nothing. Any suggestions?

    XBox one Problems / missing features

    My xbox is missing the record gameplay with game dvr option. I still can record clips but there's no option to save the clips that option is gone to? Tryed restoring but no joy. Even got the latest update.

    Have you tried access them through Upload Studio?

    Great, Upload Studio is where you edit, upload and save the video files from.

    well that is a solution i guess , but it doesn't solve the main problem , which is the save option on the clip itself not being present, excluding upload studio. I have that same problem , and can't find why it's missing.

    Great, Upload Studio is where you edit, upload and save the video files from.
