    Sounds like the issue comes from the DVR portion of the app. Try the steps on the

    game DVR on Xbox app     page on our website and let us know if the issue persists!

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps?

    We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning a playback error where the clips that are recorded will begin to fast forward when played.

    Are you attempting to view the clip through a Windows 10 PC?

    Or would you happen to be doing so on an Xbox One console?

    If you're using a Windows PC, please attempt to follow our troubleshoot Game Bar on Windows 10 support
    article for steps that involve resolving issues concerning Game Bar.

    If this is on an Xbox One console, please attempt to follow our recording problems with Game DVR support article
