    ok so I’m making a montage for halo 5 and I’m using game dvr I have made 8 clips today and I need to do 2 more I’ve deleted clips but they say uploading to Xbox live but have no percentage I’ve tried restarting Xbox

    How to leave Xbox insider

    I need to know how to leave Xbox insider. I am having an issue with with my game dvr its says cant upload to xbox live free up space. but I have 183GB free and no captures already and Microsoft support Anifred D. said to post on here for help so here I am.
    they also said insider might be a problem for dvr so I need help leaving or help with dvr.

    DVR- Xbox One record that won't record error 0x82323012

    I had multiple accounts on the xbox one of which was for my young son and the settings on his account were stopping all accounts recording the dvr. This may help I chose user custom settings and let him use the dvr function this reenabled the dvr for all

    Hey there! Thanks for reaching out to us & happy to help with this.

    Just curious, do you happen to have an external hard drive connected to your console? If so, is it set as the default storage device when you go to Settings>System>Storage & click on the external storage device?

    Also, you mentioned that you restarted your console. To make sure, have you performed a power cycle on your console as well?

    Thanks for your post. Are you signed into the correct profile on your console? If you're signed into another profile you may not see your captures made on the profile they were originally captured on.

    Please let us know.

    Are you on Xbox or Windows 10?

    Alternatively, online under Xbox, My Profile, Captures, all xbox one captures should be there.

    Unfortunately, there is no way to recover the clips.

    I believe they implemented this update to create more space within the Cloud.

    If I remember correctly, they mentioned that there was an insane amount of clips that had never been viewed.
