Can you please check that you have the
Blu-ray Player app installed on your console, If this app is not installed can you please try downloading and installing it on your console.

Once you have the app installed on your console if discs will still not play can you try following
this troubleshooter.

Have you been prompted to install the blu-ray player app? If not I'd try downloading and installing that. If you have installed the app please check your DVD for any scratches or marks that might make it difficult to read.
