    IT IS UNUNDERSTANDING

    THE XBOX ONE S is not basic installed with DVD and BLUERAY drivers !

    You have to download a tierce application which is not designed by microsoft !

    Result: you bought a new game consol which didn't work properly....

    error 200

    The problem is on the blueray-dvd motherboard. Replace this motherboard (inside the dvd) or change all the bluray.

    xbox one disk drive not working after june update

    after getting the june update the bluray drive in my xbox one gives error code (0x80820002) to all bluray movies and xbox one disks. the only type of disk it will read is dvds, and I have gotten it to play both game disks and bluray movies by running a dvd
    for a few seconds before trying them. is there a fix for this or is it just the drive failing?

    I would send the unit back to the store for replacement, blueray drives have 2 laser lenses one for blueray and one red laser for cd/dvd discs, could be the blueray one is out of alignment or another issue, also blueray discs are a smidging thicker than
    dvd discs. Definately send it for repair.
