DVD freezes and restarts

    I started having this problem awhile ago bit while I'm watching a DVD blueray or regular it freezes. If I hit home then go back to the app it starts the movie over from the start. Iv tried hard resetting the Xbox and uninstalling the app. I have sent it
    in for a repair last month and got it back this past Monday 7/13/15. Reinstalled the blueray app watched about 5 movies and BAM started freezing again. I'm starting to think that it's the app and not my console. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    I ended up returning mine to Game with the receipt, just ring them up, there's a little process you have to go through to get a reference number and you'll need video evidence of it happening. Then they'll just replace the Xbox. It's a problem with the graphics
    chip I think, so somebody told me.

    Most DVDs I can get to work after trying them upwards of 10 times, and others do not work at all. Haven't recieved any error codes, the console freezes on the black screen in between the dashboard and the dvd launching, requiring a restart (guide won't even
    open).

    It's happened with every dvd we've tried so far.

    I tried Mister Cerb's suggestion for Call of Duty and NBA 2K14. It still doesnt work. After 2 mins, the game freezings or the system just shuts itself off.

    I tried that too. Uninstalled... even went into BLURAY and cleared storage there.
