    during game the session disappeared! Five times!


    Frustrating! While playing, five times my screen disappeared and closed! It once allowed me to complete the game but when I clicked on my rewards, it closed again and did not allow me to collect them. I ran a Malware check and found no problem on my computer
    so it's in the MicroSoft program. FIX, PLEASE!

    Yes several times during the course of a game session. This needs to be resolved.

    XBOX Fitness Losing Stamps and Glitching at the End of a Workout

    You are not alone. I've had the same issue occur 3 times.

    1st time Jan 6th complete console shutdown during last 2 mins of the session losing all the FP gained during that session. Sound looped/glitched until the unit eventually automatically shut down.

    2nd time Jan 7th game completely exited back to the home screen also during last 2 mins of the session losing all FP gained during that session. Going back in had to go through the load up screen again so the app completely crashed.

    3rd time Jan 12th game crashed during end of session caused me to lose all stamps and had to restart the stamp collection.

    Game should have been installed on the console with all the videos downloaded to the system vs streaming the video over and over again then syncing with cloud data. Currently only way to fix this is to "clear cloud data" in the game settings but I'm guessing
    the end result is you will have to start all over and there is no guarantee that this will not happen again.

    It was only a matter of time.(game freezes)

    Ive put around 31 hrs into the game and the game has only frozen once. And yes that one time was during a long 8hr session or so.
