Duplicated Minecraft Order

Hi,

My name is Leandro and I would like to present my problem:

I´ve bought the Minecraft Basic Collection day 08/02/2021 to my 10 years old son. In fact, my son himself has bought with my autorization of course.

Everything ok untill 1 week later when I see the duplicate charge in my wife´s credit card.

I try to have the return using the Xbox page but they told me that my case was not elegible. I don´t understand how microsoft treat their customers like this.

I have the same problem with amazon and Netflix and the problem was solved in less than 24 hours.

After 2 or 3 e-mails wits the "xbox customer support" with no resolution, I decided to go to the microsoft head quarters in Madrid. Once there one person in the receptión of the building told me that there was nobody there and she couldn´t give me the "claim sheet". It´s an obligation in spain provide this document.

This post is to know if anybody can help me. My next step will be to put an official claim in the customer protectión in Madrid.

It´s not understandable this from a company like microsoft. Fighting to steal 30 euros from customers!
