Duplicated charge when buying online

I see a duplicated charge for the purchase of an online videogame of: LEGO® Marvel Super Heroes 2 Deluxe Edition with the order number: 5119456701. So I don´t know what´ve happened with this

Can't authorize payment method

I've had the same stuff happen when buying stuff through my console, but online worked.

And yeah, you're bank may say that it's all "normal" on their end, but considering online charges go through a 3rd party verification service, that may be rejecting the charge.

Ya you'll try and get your duplicate charges refunded only to be told you've had to many refunds this year all 8 days of 2022 and yet your order history shows you haven't had any refunds in 2021 or 2022 so you won't get your refund. Then you'll spend six hours online searching for away to talk to someone only to be told by a machine to go back to support where they denied your request(no human involved) and at the bottom of your denile page they'll ask you for a survey(funny right?). Which you then get frustrated and call your bank to contest the charges, where they tell you you might get your money back in 45-90 days. Which leaves you angry pissed off and no one to talk too. Great costumer service right Not!
