Duplicated Apps and games folders

Discus and support Duplicated Apps and games folders in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; When I click the games and apps folder it opens but in there the games and apps folders are duplicating themselves, every time you go in it adds...     Duplicated Apps and games folders


    When I click the games and apps folder it opens but in there the games and apps folders are duplicating themselves, every time you go in it adds another games folder and app folder, I did a hard reset but still had 2 games folders and 2 apps folders EG;

    Games 80

    Apps 30

    Games 80

    Apps 30

    Games 80

    Apps 30

    Subscriptions 2

    Ready to install 207

    My console is up-to date but this error only started 2 days ago, can some one help ?

    update: i uninstalled insiders program and it told me to do a update ( it downgraded the software) and once it was done there were no duplications of anything.

    Duplicated games and apps folders

    On my xbox one when i go to games and apps and all the folders appear. The games and apps folders have been duplicated. So there are to games and app categories. When you shut your xbox off or reset it the duplicated categories will still be there. I've
    tried everything if anyone has a suggestion for me I would be very grateful.

    I have the same issue. The more you restart the console, the more it duplicates

    don't know what happened , but it seems to have sorted its self out and is now back to normal!
