Duplicate quest rewards game

ast month I received a message on my Xbox stating I had completed the quest here is your reward. It was a previous game with gold super dungeon brothers. Oh well no big deal hopefully better luck next time I complete the quest. Today I get another message
congratulations on completing last month's quest here is your prize! It was another code for super dungeon brothers. I am definitely not trying to sound ungrateful or unappreciative for any reward Microsoft sends my way I just wasn't sure if the duplicate
prize was an error or just bad rng luck. If there is a solution I really appreciate it. If not thank you for your time and hopefully better luck next completed quest. Thanks!

I received the same reward for the November 2017 and December 2017 quests, both were a code for the same game. I was wondering if there was a way to get another reward for the duplicate code?

We have notified the appropriate teams, and hopefully going forward you shouldn't receive the same reward twice that you can only redeem once for Xbox Quests. I have sent you an Xbox Live message with further information. Go ahead
