    Duplicate purchases


    Whenever my son buys Fifa points on his credit card, there is always another purchase made on my credit card directly afterwards that no one in my family has done. This has happened 5 times since October but has occurred before this too. I've received a refund for the additional purchases in the past but Microsoft won't refund me any more. I have changed my password many times but it still occurs. Anyone else have this issue?

    Many thanks for your response. The additional purchases do appear in my order history but they aren't the same amount as the ones my son does, no. My son purchases the points on his card and the additional charge comes out of my account.
