    Hi,

    I've been charged multiple times a month for a subscription.

    Its £6.69 and its for Realms plus monthly subscription.

    I've been charged on

    12/4/21

    13/4/21

    12/3/21

    13/3/21

    12/2/21 x 2

    can only go back to 16/01/21 so not sure if there is more?

    In order to make sure that you are getting double charged from the same account please go to Microsoft account | Sign In or Create Your Account Today – Microsoft, sign in with your account, select payment and billing, and then select order history.



    If the issue still persists after going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to contact our Xbox live support so that they can check your transactions.

Here are some steps you can take to prevent this from happening again in the future, one is to check your subscriptions regularly, review your account settings; check your Xbox and PayPal account settings to make sure that you don't have duplicate payment methods on file. If you do, delete the extra payment methods to avoid the risk of duplicate charges and then keep track of your charges
