Duplicate Minecraft accounts

I understand you need help on your Minecraft game.

Please try this:

Reset Xbox app:

Click Start/Windows button and click Settings.

Select System.

Select Apps & features.

Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options.

Click Reset. Restart your device so that the changes can take effect.

If that didn’t work, select the Start button > Settings > Time & language. Under Date & time make sure the Set time automatically setting is turned on.

If none of those options work, select the Start button > Settings > Accounts > Email and account and Under account used by other apps , Removed other accounts that you do not need. Then try signing in again to the Xbox app.

I suggest to contact Mojang support directly so they can check the account details or also unlink the account for you.

Thank you for helping but I tried all and they don't work. Do you think I could somehow unlink or delete one of the accounts but i think even if i do that every time I try to set the account with minecraft active it says something went wrong in the login process.

If you migrated your Mojang account to a Microsoft account, you can't create a second Mojang account on the same Microsoft account, you can have 2 separate Minecraft account on the same email account only If you have one Java and one Bedrock, but not 2 of the same

So, if you have this situation, is because the Email account you are using is not the correct account to witch you migrated the Mojang account to, or you are not using the Microsoft login option on the launcher
