    I have the exact same issue duplicate GTA5s showing in ready to install, also modern warfare beta & gears 5 beta also appeared there.

    i erased my xbox back to factory default but it did not resolve, seems as though it an Xbox issue not a local one.

    Sort it out Xbox Support team !

    Also power cycling your Xbox is your only answer to every problem. Please let the right people know on the xbox team, so it can be resolved.

    Hello nic51nanan,

    Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the title? The issue appears to have occurred for anyone who downloaded the trial version through EA Access.

    1. Delete Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 from Storage.

    2. Go to 'My Games & Apps' and scroll to the Ready to Install section.

    3. Choose to install Plants v. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 that appears, not the Beta (if that was still downloaded).

    4.When the download begins, the Deluxe Edition DLC and pre-order DLC will appear in the 'Manage game' area.

    Ok. Try going to your games and apps and highlight Modern warfare. Press the menu button and choose “manage game and add-ons” check and see if the missing packs are under the “ready to install” section.

    I actually verified that wasn't happening with my system either. For some games, they're showing up as a duplicate in the "ready to install" section as well, even after power cycles of the console.
