Duplicate game files on same storage device

Yesterday I was looking in my games library and noticed there were some games in the "Ready to install" section. I downloaded two of them, GTAV (XB1) and Witcher II (360). I was curious because I did not recall deleting these games. I checked the games
library and saw that both games were there and a duplicate of these two games appeared next to them as they were downloading. This is all on the same external storage device.

I launched the "original" GTAV as I hadn't played it in awhile thinking the files may have become corrupt, however the game loaded normally.

When the "newer" games finished downloading I checked the library and sure enough, there were two GTAV icons listed (and two Witcher II icons).

I checked the game size and file info of all four games and was curious that the versions I had just downloaded were not newer versions. And it appears the GTAV file I just downloaded may be a Japan version.

Original GTAV game file (81.7GB): GTA-V_1.5.23.0_x64__vesz1v3mcwykm

On all 4 files, the ContentID, ProductID, OneStoreProductId, and TitleID are all different.

As an IT Professional, I am suspicious by nature when things occur out of the ordinary. I know that The Xbox Live Store is a closed system, but I cannot help but be paranoid that perhaps something was compromised and that these files may be malicious.
I have not launched either of the newly downloaded files out of caution.

I tried to open a case with Xbox Support, but there is no category for this (posting the forum was pretty much my only option) and I have found zero results searching through Microsoft Support, Bing, and even Google.

Is there a way to communicate with an Xbox Support technician or representative to determine the validity of these files? I have screenshots with details of the file info, but I am reluctant to post the information as I am not sure how sensitive the info
is (regarding identifiable information).

i believe the other 2 duplicate games are the japanese versions of the game but not 100% sure about it

This all started about 2 months ago. my nephew has been getting the same message as you (out of storage... minecraft restircted...) it made no sense as i knew he had about 1tb of free space on his ps4. i went to his house to have a look. we loaded up minecarft
and there is this bar showing his storage is full. i said your online storage is full delete the old stuff, he reluctantly delete about 14 worlds. he now had space. but his game was still not working and still getting the same message. 0.o i said i dont know
mate, let me find out and see if i can fix it for you.

After a lot of looking around the net. i was able to fix it for him today.

the update had duplicated all his saved world files and 2 system files. (i did not touch the system files) but once all the duplicated saved world files were removed his game now works fine with no issues. (its very easy to tell which ones are the duplicated
world files)

to do this on the ps4. you need to go to -setting - storage - system storage - saved data - minecraft - then select the duplicated world files and delete them.

this worked for us so i hope it works for you.

Are the downloads saved to the same storage device as your game data file? If not, they need to be in order for the game to recognize the content.

You can make a copy of the world on your hard drive by going into the system settings and from there going into the minecraft area of storage where the save files are. You can copy the save file to make a duplicate and then with the duplicate transfer it
using a Memory Card or a HDD link cable from your Hard Drive to your friends, alternatively use the cloud storage and transfer it that way.

TL;DR - Go to settings, find minecraft, duplicate world, transfer.

If you are having issues with only specific games, and at loading screens, perhaps there is something wrong with your save files. Try starting up the game without the save files present (remove the storage device, or move the saves files to a different storage
device).
