Duplicate FR's & Messages

I'm having trouble deleting duplicate copies of a persons message or friend request I get sent my way. Every time my friend makes a new account and adds me, it shows up that I have to still add him as a friend. Yet I already did! The same thing happens with
messages. Someone sends me an invite to the game, in which I accept it... Yet there is still that same invite in my messages... In which I can not delete. So when I add him, it still shows that he wants to be my friend. This is really pissing me off. Please
for the love off God, FIX THIS ALREADY!!!

I wouldn't want a slew of messages and FR's from random people. I would find it more annoying than anything.

Have you tried clearing your system cache? It's worth a shot for something like this.

It might turn out to be a fault with Xbox LIVE but in the mean time narrowing out all aspects would be good.

While I understand you must be frustrated about this. The forums are a friendly place to seek help and advice, not a place to vent with profanities. If you are still getting the issue after 24 hours, my best advice would be to contact Xbox Customer Support

my opinion on this situation, not venting out profanities.

This is what I ttied: I cleared the System Cache, deleted my profile only. Recovered my profile and then I cleared the system cache just to be safe... Nothing changed. I even formatted my Xbox and nothing. Any further tips would be appreciated.

 

I should best wait for another person to help you then. And yes I was serious. Like other profanities are not tolerated on the forum. How dare I? I do dare because using unnecessary words in a post when it could have been sugar coated to "I am really annoyed
right now" Still you chose to use an unpleasant word. I hope someone else will assist you, have a great day. And by the way, it might be an idea to ask your friend to stick to one account if it annoys you that much when it all goes wrong, goodbye.
