    I need to speak to xbox customer service but it doesn't seem possible. Therefore I'm hoping the community can help.

    I bought Fifa 23 for my son. My son also received it as a gift. I tried to get a refund on the game I bought from xbox but it was declined due to it being over the 14 day refund policy (by a few days and also regardless of Christmas).

    I am banging my head against a brick wall trying to contact xbox - no live chat available, unable to get a call back - it's rubbish customer service.

    Does anyone know how I can sort this duplicate game out? I'm happy to transfer it to someone else (although that sounds impossible), I'm happy to get a credit to put it against another game. I just don't want the money wasted on a game that hasn't been used or even downloaded.

    Thanks for your reply.

    The email I received was automated, directed me a decision link and then requested that I complete a survey. There was no reply to option or additional contact information to contact a refund team. Do you have the refund team contact details?

    The whole enquiry system appears automated / virtual agents.

    I apologize but just a friendly reminder that for refund concerns there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the refund team. There is no direct contact with them, only by submitting a refund request and by replying to their email (refund request confirmation and refund decision).

    To help you, I would recommend replying to their email and informing them what exactly happen.

    No. There is no FIFA 22/23 for Xbox 360. The last FIFA title for the 360 was FIFA 19. The last PES was PES 2018.

    Only Xbox 360 games work on a 360.
