Duplicate charges for the same movie and they will not give me a refund

I bought 4 movies from fandango using my xbox and i was double charged . I didnt catch it till 3 weeks later. I called paypal cause that who i used to buy them through and they contacted microsoft and they gave me a refund for 1 of the movies .

i contacted Microsoft direct through their refund department and they are denying my claim. They semt me a message that it more than 14 day. I didnt think they would duplicate a payment so i didnt check till the following month when I got the statement. How
is that even fair ? You can see the duplicate charges in my account and they are denying the claim? Its for the same movie in the same account how is that even possible?

The billion dollar company steels from the little guy 55 dollars . They should be ashamed of themselves. at times like these to steel from people.

They made the mistake and im paying for it!

You need to address it with fandango, as they are responsible for the transaction. Any app is the responsibility of that company

Thanks for replying. Yes it does show the charges. Should i call the bank up?

Thanks for getting back to me. I did contact fandango and they said they only have 1 charge but my microsoft account it shows 2. Do you think its a mistake? I would like to talk to aomeone but when i get someone they cant andwer my question and pass me
on to the refund department. Thank you

When you check your actual bank account does it show multiple charges???

You should choose "Billing error" as the reason, and then "Duplicate charge for same item."
