Duplicate charges for same game the same date

Sorry to hear about the multiple charges happening on your account. A quick question for you to get started.

Were these charges a subscription service, a game, or microtransaction for something in a game.

I ask this because we have different standards for how we validate a refund. If it was a microtransaction or virtual currency in a game, that currency will not have to have been redeemed. If the purchase was done in error and the item was redeemed, you can attempt a request through the game publisher that the currency was done through. Every publisher has different standards for refunding as well.

You also have the option on the email that was sent to you about your denial, to respond back and request additional information or dispute the rejection. This will escalate the refund request so we can get more information.

Try to fill up the form:

Check your billing history, select that last €9,99 charge, see if it's duplicity and also check if the expiry date is still on the same date, because if you are charged for one month, you would get another month.

You need to address it with fandango, as they are responsible for the transaction. Any app is the responsibility of that company

Thanks for getting back to me. I did contact fandango and they said they only have 1 charge but my microsoft account it shows 2. Do you think its a mistake? I would like to talk to aomeone but when i get someone they cant andwer my question and pass me
on to the refund department. Thank you
