I was charged £40 on 2 sepatate payment cards - 1 dr and 1 Cr for xbox live

My son had only 1 subscription

I've been trying to find a number to call but csnt seem to find one

Any idea as to how i can get my 40 refunded

Duplicate charge urgent!!!

Good afternoon,

I have problems in collecting the invoice of my cartaõa . I renewed the signature in March and paid R $ 179.00 , but in this month of April came the collection of more than R $ 119.00 .
I need to know how can reimbursement , as paying to 2 signatures without nescessidade .
Right understanding,
I'm in wait how to proceed.

duplicate credit card charge

One other thing to note, if the 2 charges are both pending, you'll need to wait a day or two for the charges to be processed and posted to your card. At that time one should drop off and disappear. Most companies will be unable to do anything about a duplicate
charge until the charges post to the credit card.

I have this issue happen with a number of different retailers, including gas stations. Day or so later, the duplicate charge disappears and all is right on my statement.

Ya you'll try and get your duplicate charges refunded only to be told you've had to many refunds this year all 8 days of 2022 and yet your order history shows you haven't had any refunds in 2021 or 2022 so you won't get your refund. Then you'll spend six hours online searching for away to talk to someone only to be told by a machine to go back to support where they denied your request(no human involved) and at the bottom of your denile page they'll ask you for a survey(funny right?). Which you then get frustrated and call your bank to contest the charges, where they tell you you might get your money back in 45-90 days. Which leaves you angry pissed off and no one to talk too. Great costumer service right Not!
