    I just noticed I am being billed by Microsoft *Xbox then also DDA Payment.....Redmond Washington for any purchases over the last 3 months. It seems like around the same time I got my XBox Series S.

    Thank you for reaching out to the forum. You can always login to your account and check what purchases are made at account.xbox.com. And if there are any duplicate or wrong payment, then you have to reach out to support.xbox.com to get the payment issues resolved.

    Hi Dave,

    You can get in touch with Support using the link at the bottom if this reply.

    What it sounds like is that you have purchased the wrong version of Game Pass. Just Game Pass does not include Xbox Live, it only includes access to the game library.

    The version that includes both Xbox Live and Game Pass is know as Ultimate.

    You could contact support to correct this, or if you did buy the right version then Support could still support.

    You need to try again contacting xbox official support. They are the ones that can help you.

    About the duplicate payment, since is a billing issue, only on the xbox support, they only can refund the duplicate payment.
