Most Xbox One games require a network connection by design. It's unusual that Shadow over Mystara isn't recognizing your account, although this happens occasionally with recent purchases. Please try turning your console completely off before logging back
in. If this doesn't work, try playing in offline mode:

Home > Settings > Network > Go Offline

(This will only work if you're playing on the Home Xbox of your Gamertag, which is set under
Personalization.)

maybe it is not backward combatible!? As I know "Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara" is in the list but "Daggerdale" is not.

made for xbox one would be great cant get enough games that never end

if u have another xbox to sign on for abit,recover ur account, got to account management, scroll over to account information, and enter account security, u can turn on the require password feature, they'll need to enter ur email password to sign into xbox
live, there is also a pass code feature to require them to enter a 4 button combo to sign into ur account
