due to recent behavior you've been removed from xbox preview program

I have no idea what i did to get removed i dont get on xbox that often so can some one please tell me what i did wrong

can not join xbox insider program

its been over a year i been removed from xbox preview program and i been trying to get back on it but it still say i cant because of past behavior. How much longer do i have to wait ? or its not possible to join again because of past behavior

Enforcement History page to see if there have been any enforcement actions on your Xbox Live profile. If there are any, that would be the cause of the removal. Be sure that you are signed into your Xbox Live account while viewing that page. Thanks!

 

i have nothing on my account that says i was banned i had one all the way back in 2013. So what do i do?
