due to microsoft problem I couldnt buy a great deal last week

Dear All, I had an errof for more than a week. Code 800700E8. Hungary had a major problem all over live. I use my xbox360 in Hungary. The hungarian telephone support was not really a help. I COULDNT BUY anything due to this problem. I MISSED a great deat
which was just for Gold members (Battlefield 4 premium) last week. What can I do? The hungarian suppert told me that I cannot buy the last week sale this week. Have to pay the higher price. Thats not fair.

star wars battlefield price glitch

I know it was last weeks deal,

however i had contacted live customer support last week to check and was told the deal lasted until the end of the month. My son still believes in santa so i couldnt buy the game last week as it would show on his dashboard.

This plus the fact that the 25% deal is still advertised on xbox website today hopefully means they should honour the deal for me.

 

LIVE is not accepting my Paypal account anymore.

My last purchase was two weeks ago.

I never had a problem with it before, but since last week I can't buy anything. It just keep saying that it's unavailable and to try again later....

I spent the entire past week trying to buy the deal of the week but couldn't. And even now, the same problem still occurs.

Anyone having similar trouble?

Also, you may not have been able to purchase the item from your console but had you attempted to purchase it from the website? Just because you cannot buy something from the console doesn't always mean you can't buy it from the website as the website would
have had the same offer listed for your region.

 

They are correct. Once a sale is ended, you don't get the sale price.
