Due to age restrictions i can not access certain games.

This is due to a age restriction on the profile called 'Family Settings'. You have been restricted to play games of a certain age category, therefore you are unable to play online.

There is also the possibility that some games are age restricted and require your account to be a certain age or older to access some games within the library.

Demos, trailers and certain games multiplayer modes have age restrictions on them thus preventing them from being accessed by minors. No matter what adjustments are made via Family/Parental Settings those will be unavailable by
default and can not be changed until the account reaches the appropriate age.

Hi! Sometimes certain games receive updates or additional content that may change or add content that may or may not be appropriate for children of a certain age. If you would like, you can list the games your boys are playing and I can give you the reasons
that it may have a higher content age restriction , or an alternative would be to review the content restrictions on the xbox account in question .
