Due to a suspension, use of Xbox network may be limited??????????????????????

Okay now. This is ridiculous. I got suspended yesterday from Xbox Live from what I think is by having a text conversation with my 12 year old nephew about getting caught by my sister on ****hub. That is the only thing that was said that I can think of that can be construed as even close to iffy as I don't communicate with anyone other than real life friends and family on the platform. I was using the PC Xbox app to Series X via text chat.

Could this literally lead to a one week suspension of communication as I've been dealt? I've been a Xbox Live subscriber since inauguration and I've never had anything like this happen. Is MS telling me they don't want us to have real life conversations on this platform? If this is the case, we need to have a detailed outline on what is acceptable in order for us to to make informed customer decisions if we want to consider continuing to invest in this platform. Please direct me where this is stated if I'm in error.

And then to not have any way to dispute it due to interface issues is completely unacceptable in my opinion.

I get this is out of your control, but this is bad business. One week of banned communications with no immediate way to get it straightened out should lead to not being suspended for something we pay for. Shame as I really like the platform and recommend it over others.

I do get that a gaming service doesn't want to be a free for all of depravity and it shouldn't be. But having text conversations moderated when they are between two user/ friend approved connections is something that should be advertised and I'm going to do everything in my power that it is going forward.

Pyrotronics, I'm so sorry for this issue. Indeed, what you could do is to file a case review, but, there's currently an issue with the enforcement site not showing current suspensions which means it's not possible to submit a case review at the moment.

I'm not 100% sure if you're referring to your account as a whole being suspended or if you're talking about the app?

I noticed that a few days ago that my beta app was replaced with the Xbox Console Companion app, which makes my Xbox beta app unusable. Maybe this is what it means when it states "due to a suspension the following xbox live features may be limited" because
that app isn't being used anymore?
