Due to a Microsoft error, I can change my nickname

Hello! I ran into a problem with changing the gamertag, the fact is that I changed the gamertag on two accounts at the same time. One was registered with the nickname RAZVIVATEL and another with an Xbox subscription, recently registered with the nickname RAZV1VATEL. I wanted to transfer my nickname from the first account to the second one. I had two tabs open with two accounts, and when I changed the nickname on the account under the nickname RAZVIVATEL to IZIVOR, it changed automatically on two accounts, while I did not touch the second account at that moment. As a result, on the RAZVIVATEL account, the tag changed to IZIVOR8317, and on the RAZV1VATEL account, it changed to IZIVOR. Now I can't change nickname on two accounts due to paid nickname change. This is most likely due to having two tabs open at the same time. I did not know about the existence of these bugs, I do not know about such failures, and Microsoft did not warn about such errors. I believe that Microsoft should explain this situation and provide a solution to this problem.

Hello Razvivatel, unfortunately you cannot transfer or reserve a Gamertag from one account to be used on another account.

By your description, even if you have two tabs open with two different accounts, the system will always interpret it as an action for each account.

In the case of the numbers that appeared when changing your Gamertag, it was because the system detected that the same name already existed and added the suffix to your Gamertag.

I had a check of your profile and i think i might know some reasons.

1.Because you changed your nickname it might take a while for it to take your old nickname off due to if someone that once was a friend but accidently unfriended you, they wouldn't know your new nickname so with the old one still there they can get back
connected.

2. Due to Covid-19 theres less people at Xbox so you might have to wait until someone there changes it fully.

3. It might be a small bug but you check if you can fix it at https://support.xbox.com

In my opinion i think that the first one is the most likely

The most important, is my NickName/GamerTag. I do not want loose that. I use that nickname in every game/website/registration and I do not like have other NickName/GamerTag.

By other way, is the GamerTag is on my MSN/Hotmail Account where I have all my services and I do not want to change that too.

The problem of this is simple:

A) Or change the country of my account to US

B) Or found a website for buy Microsoft Points for Mexico and can download the "code" for put in my account and have the points I buy.

The problem of the second, is I do not live on Mexico and I do not have Idea where can buy Microsoft Points for that Country. I Search over Internet and do not found Microsoft Points for Mexico & DOWNLOAD the code. All is of US (Or Europe)
