Duas Compras [Two Purchases]

Oi amigos, um dia eu comprei o famoso (SAVE THE WORLD) da Fortnite para o meu computador, então está tudo bem sem problemas, até hoje fui comprar um presente para o meu amigo, mas o Xbox One, e minha conta de PC está ligada para o Xbox One, mas
quando fui comprar, fiz a compra errada e a compra veio para mim e não para o meu amigo, QUERO SABER como comprei o (SAVE THE WORLD) sendo que eu já tinha comprado pelo PC?
Duas vezes o mesmo produto.

Purchase error (Erro de compra)

I'm 2 weeks into Microsoft Bingo purchases ... Two weeks !!!! Why is this game always giving some kind of error? After all, are you or are not the "powerful Microsoft"?

Estou há 2 semanas com problemas nas compras do Microsoft Bingo... Duas semanas!!!! Qual o motivo deste jogo estar sempre dando algum tipo de erro? Afinal, vocês são ou não são a "poderosa Microsoft"?

Boa noite,

hoje a tarde meu filho percebeu que a conta dele foi rackeada após ele entrar em um jogo e perceber q seus ítens comprados haviam sumido.

Mais tarde verificando meu e-mail percebi que haviam duas compras feitas no xbox, verificando junto com ele vimos que foi comprada e enviada como presente provavelmente para o indivíduo q rackeou a sua conta.

Queremos o cancelamento dessas compras e, a devolução dos ítens roubados. Como fazemos para dar seguimento a isso?

There are two ways of getting Save the World either by purchasing the Standard Founder's Pack and Deluxe Founders pack.

So in this case It would be more than likely that when making the purchase as gift if it was different version from what you own it would allow it to be purchased again since technically it would be different license being obtained.

I hope this helps in understanding on what could of happened, now unfortunately myself I have no access into confirming this on your account. I would suggest for you to check your

Order History to check the version purchased before and just recently.
