dual xbox profiles - can't manage my payments

Dual payment was not an option with MSP.

you can't remove entirely your method of payment you can change it and in that case you should provide another method of payment. For more information check this xbox support link:

Thanks for updating us with your reply. In regard to adding a payment instrument to your profile so that you can make a purchase from the Xbox Marketplace, have you tried

adding the payment information to your profile from a PC? Once you do so, I recommend

removing then adding your profile back onto the Xbox One console and trying again.
