Dual Boxing?

Ok, so I just read a comment on another site about this and I wanted some clarification of whether or not this is allowed.

I have multiple Xbox One consoles in the same room of my house, and the way I understand it if I were to say set the console my brother normally uses as my home console, he would have access to all the digital games I have purchased and we could both play
them together online. This does indeed work but my question is if it's allowed or not.

Or can I start buying games digitally once, and having 2 copies of them to play?

Any info is appreciated, I've read comment's from individuals who claim they have been doing this since the console launched. Honestly I'd probably buy a lot more games if this method is indeed allowed

I hope Halo 5 brings back Dual Wielding just like Halo 2 use to have.

Dual wielding was also in Halo 3. I really enjoyed dual maulers, dual SMGS, and dual spikers. The dual SMGs sounded so sick. If they bring it back that's fine if not, that's fine too.

Just wanted to add that I've been reading multiple comments on reddit about this where they claim Xbox Support says it's completely fine to do this, and have even helped people set it up. I guess that answers my question lol

 

Ok so I went ahead and posted the question to Xbox Support via twitter and they said it is perfectly fine. Good to know. Looks like I didn't need to make a thread for this but at least if anyone else had the same question it should be of use

Asked XboxSupport on twitter, and it is indeed ok to do this.
