Discus and support DTS:X is actually working on my Yamaha TSR-7810 afterall in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; I had to dig through receiver settings and enable Object Based Decode for it to work.     Soundbar to my xbox one

    Hi Iam using Yamaha YHT-S401 using optical cable, Xbox one for optical output support stereo and DTS.

    And yes for gaming my soundbar YHT-S401 received DTS signal from Xbox one.

    DTS reverting back to Uncompressed 7.1

    This is odd. I only have 5.1 but I haven't noticed this.

    I do have a question about using a receiver though. Are you guys applying anytime of decoder on the receiver or are you allowing it to be sent in straight. I have a Yamaha RX-V371 does True HD and DTS.

    I currently have DTS selected on the Xbox One.

    [PC] Xbox Wireless Headset + Dolby Atmos = Audio Stuttering

    Same issue on Xbox series X with xbox wireless headset. DTS encoder works just fine, dolby lets my headset disconnect and reconnect continuously. It’s unusable. I don’t think the problem is with your receiver, try DTS and see what happens.

    ^ Actually I think DTS-HD Master Audio is, which my receiver supports. Not sure if straight DTS is lossless. I have mine set to DTS, but might change it to uncompressed.
